Parking passes will be provided.
Vendors will be assigned to the best location available, as perceived by show management, on a first-come, first-served basis, after the application and payment is received.
Each exhibit space is 10' x 10' with 3' side rails. One skirted table and two chairs will be provided per space. Electric is available.
Packages can be received at the War Memorial Coliseum as early as two weeks before the show. If you are shipping to the facility, you must address it correctly, as shown below.

To receive Business or Corporate Member pricing, you must renew and pay for your membership before completing the vendor application.
Cancellations received on or before February 24, 2026, will be refunded after the event minus a $50 handling fee.
Cancellations made after February 24, 2026, are non-refundable.
The deadline to register for a Vendor Booth and be included in the National Show Book is February 3, 2026.
Regular pricing is $550 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.
Business and Corporate Members receive discounted pricing at $450 per 10' x 10' exhibit space. Membership must be renewed before completing the vendor application to receive this pricing.
