The Mazuri AOA National Alpaca Show presented by Cedar & Sage Alpacas, Red Granite Ranch, and Tierra Prometida Alpacas brings together breeders, exhibitors, and owners from across North America. Here’s what you need to know before arriving in Fort Wayne.

  • Location: War Memorial Coliseum offers easy access, modern facilities, and nearby lodging.
  • Parking:Exhibitors will receive parking passes upon arrival.
  • Dates: March 13–15, 2026.

Registration and Requirements

Your registration is not complete until:

  1. All paperwork is uploaded to the show registration site.
  2. Payment is received in full.

Important CVI Notice

Each Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) must include:

  • Alpaca’s name
  • Microchip ID number and location
  • BVDV test information

Review Health Requirements for additional state-specific rules for Indiana.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before February 24, 2026, will be refunded after the event minus a $50 per stall processing fee.

Cancellations made after February 24, 2026, are non-refundable.

Vendor Information

The deadline to register for a Vendor Booth and be included in the National Show Book is February 3, 2026.

Regular pricing is $550 per 10' x 10' exhibit space.

Business and Corporate Members receive discounted pricing at $450 per 10' x 10' exhibit space. Membership must be renewed before completing the vendor application to receive this pricing.
