seam, to mark the armhole. Also place a

below the left shoulder seam

on the front. Mark the back in the same

manner. With the

wrong sides

together,

sew the front and back together at the

side seams.

Fold a sleeve in half along its length,

with the

right sides

together, aligning the

underarm edges. Sew these edges together

to make the underarm seam. Turn the

sleeve right side out. Slide the sleeve into

the body until it’s at an armhole. Align

the underarm and side seams, and match

the edge of the sleeve with the edge of the

armhole. Sew the edges together. Continue

across shoulder seams to neck opening.

Beginning at one of the shoulder seams

and sewing on the wrong side, join the

neck band to the front and rear pieces

and seam the neck band together.

Hand wash gentle in cold water

and block.
