IL Holdings have amalgamated their
fibre and yarn divisions under the
umbrella of Luxury Fibres and Yarns Ltd. At
the same time these two successful divisions
are taking the opportunity to modernise
their image under the guidance of Group
Marketing Director, Michael Stewart.
The fibre division will continue under
the SEAL INTERNATIONAL name with
Jeremy Seal as Managing Director and
Andrew Baker as Sales Director. The yarn
division, recently rebranded to MBA Yarns
will continue with Chris Martin as Manag-
ing Director. Both Jeremy Seal and Chris
Martin will also be appointed Directors of
Luxury Fibres and Yarns Ltd.
Both businesses are world leaders in their
fields. Seal International maintains one of
the largest stockholdings of quality assured
luxury and speciality fibre in the World.
Their in-house lab can test, grade and
guarantee the specification of their deliver-
ies of cashmere, mohair, alpaca, yak, wool,
angora and silk.
The Group’s modern, in-house testing
facility is also crucial in allowing MBA Yarns
to guarantee the quality of the yarn they
supply. As merchants and stockers of over
500 tons of worsted and woollen yarns for
apparel and upholstery sectors they contin-
ue to grow their customer base worldwide.
Andrew Seal, Group Managing Direc-

modern approach to the world of luxury
fibres and yarns means that textiles is still

The group also contains world renowned
cashmere weaver Joshua Ellis and mohair
weavers William Halstead and John Foster.
